The suns back

I had originally planned on going to the gym today after work, but the sun came out. So I checked the weather report and found out today was the only sunny day, and than the rest of the week would be rain. So I seized the opportunity for a run. I came home did 15 min. on the spinning bike to start. Than did resistance training working upper body. After that I hit the road for a 5 mile run with two hills. One of the hills I hadn't ran since last summer, so I was a little nervous. But I took the challenge and it wasn't too bad. I also increased my speed on this run, I'm typically a slower runner, but can go longer distances. I'm working on my speed along with my distance. I would love to do a half marathon this summer. As soon as I get back to doing my usual 9 mile runs, than I will feel better about doing a half marathon.
