Start the day right

I just finished an early morning workout. I started with 15 min. on the spinning bike and than did a circuit training of 1 exercise each of chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. I used only my body weight and a resistance band and kept the reps high, I did 20 reps of each exercise. I repeated the circuit with 15min. more on the bike and another set of each resistance exercise. I than finished with an additional 20 min. of spinning.

In total I did two resistance circuits and 50 min. of spinning.

Now I'm off to shower and head to work, than I'm volunteering this afternoon, and than grocery shopping for my trip to the beach this weekend. Busy day ahead of me.
