Cinnamon
hot cereal
splash
soymilk
dollop of pear sauce
1 tsp.
chia
seeds
sprinkle unsweetened coconut
sprinkle
Cinnamon
On the side scrambled egg whites and a cup of
Tazo
Zen green tea.
