I'm working tonight so I made dinner before leaving for work. I made something ahead of time so I could eat it at work and so Jeff would have something healthy to eat for dinner. I cooked some quinoa and added some Tj's basil chicken sausage, diced carrots, and some Tj's garlic spaghetti sauce. I also added some basil, oregano, and pepper.
I will also be taking some carrot and celery sticks to go with my dinner.
