Polenta pizza bake
This recipe was adapted from Real Simple deep dish polenta pizza.
I made a few mistakes. First I used pre cooked polenta instead of in a box from scratch. Second I loaded it with too many veggies, and made it too thick. Third my pizza sauce wasn't thick enough and my veggies got watery creating a liquid on the polenta.
With all those mistakes the polenta didn't get crispy and the whole pizza was mush. We ate it anyway and it tasted okay, but not great. I'm going to learn from my mistakes and try this one again sometime.
