Packin in the good stuff

I was working today so I had a mid morning snack of yogurt and strawberries, with some Back to Nature classic granola. I added some dried currants and unsweetened coconut to the granola.

For lunch I had a whole wheat flatbread with hummus, turkey, shredded carrots, spinach, and bell peppers.
