Bob's red mill spice n nice hot cereal
splash of soymilk
small dollop of St. Dalfour peach all fruit spread
dollop of apricot applesauce
sprinkle of Yogi walnut spice granola
I also had a couple of scrambled egg whites and a cup of Tazo Zen green tea.
