Morning workout done

I just finished my morning workout. I started with 25 min. on the spinning bike. Than I did a lot of ab and leg exercises, with kicks (front, side, and back kicks) in between each set to keep my heart rate up and work my legs. I than finished with 15min. back on the bike at top speed.

Now I'm off to shower and head to work.
