Greek night


Dinner was leftover falafel balls with some warmed up whole wheat naan bread. On the side was a bowl of Whole Foods spinach and lentil soup, my favorite. It had spinach, carrots, and celery so I considered that our veggies. Dinner was a little carb heavy but all excellent sources of carbs. And on a side note the falafel balls are really filling, so I only managed to eat two of these.
