Fueling up

Ingredients for power banana oats
Quick cook Bob's oatmeal, St. Dalfour strawberry all fruit spread, banana, unsweetened coconut, chia seeds

Topping's for crunch
TJ's low fat almond granola and Yogi walnut spice granola

1/4 cup oats
1/3 cup water
1/3 small banana sliced
1/2 tsp. chia seeds
mix together

Power banana oats to help give me energy for my dancers workout and kickboxing class today. I made a similar banana oats last week before class and I had so much energy, and worked the hardest I ever have in that class. The only thing that was different was the oats that morning. So I'm trying it again.
