Fitting in some fitness

I was going to take today off from working out because I'm heading to the beach. But I had to wait for Costco to open, so I could load up on fruits and veggies for the trip. So I went to the gym for an hour and 15 min. and did some ab exercises, resistance training, 25 min. on the spinning bike, and 15min. on the stairs.

Now I'm off to the beach for the weekend with friends.
