Figgy hot cereal
1/4 cup quick cook oatmeal
2 TB.
apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 cup water
topped with
1 re hydrated fig chopped up
dollop of pear sauce
Yogi
walnut spice granola
I also had my usual egg whites and green tea on the side.
