Easter Macaroon's


Easter Macaroon's
2 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup evaporated cane juice (or sweetener of choice)
3 egg whites
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
mix together
form in patty's and place on a non stick baking sheet
bake at 350 degree's for 20min.

  2. I got this recipe from New Seasons health food store. So I'm not sure if the original recipe is similar to this one. But this healthy version is easy and delicious.
