Cocoa coconut raspberry oatmeal
1/3 cup quick cook oatmeal
1/3 cup water
1 TB. light coconut milk
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
dab of raw honey to sweeten it
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp. chia seeds
and stir
toppings
warmed up raspberries (these one's were juicy)
Galaxy raspberry granola for some crunch
That sounds so yummy.
ReplyDeleteIt was a new creation, but one of my favorites. It was better than yesterday's coconut oats. The coconut milk was too over powering and not sweet. Just a little splash was much better.
