Chicken tonight


Chicken fingers, pasta salad, and herbal tea

Chicken Fingers

Dry ingredients

1 cup Bob's wheat germ
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
spices: garlic salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and thyme
wet ingredients
1 whole egg and 1 egg white whisked together
Instructions
Cut boneless and skinless chicken breasts into strips.
Dip strips into wet ingredients, and than into dry ingredients and cook on a non stick baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. on each side, and than cook on broil for 5 min. on each side to create a crisper crust.
Pasta Salad
Cook whole wheat pasta per instructions.
Mix diced zucchini, diced red pepper, chopped broccoli florets, and diced reduced fat cheddar cheese. Add 3TB. each of honey mustard, sweet onion mustard, dill mustard, and yellow mustard. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, celery seed, thyme, oregano, parsley, and dill. I forgot to add 2 Tb. of Tj's sweet relish. The relish is key to the recipe, it wasn't as good because I forgot to add it.
