The perfect side dishes

I made a marinade/seasoning for the sweet potatoes and baby red potatoes. I used one package of onion soup mix and 2 TB. whole grain Dijon mustard. This marinade ended up being so good on the potatoes.

I roasted the potatoes at 375 degrees for 1 hr. I wished I would have put a little water in the pan to create some moisture. The red potato skins were a little dry.

I also roasted asparagus for 15 min. with a little salt, pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. These came out perfect.
