Yesterday's workout

When I woke up today I could feel the affects of yesterday's workout. That gentle reminder of my hard work, and boy to it felt good. And I have only gotten more sore as the day goes on. The booty's been screaming at me and I think I can feel every muscle in my abs every time I move, and my upper body is feeling like a gumby. I'm sure glad I did that 15 min. of stretching/yoga/tai chi at the end yesterday.

I'll remember that workout and add it into my workout mix. Now I have today and tomorrow to let my muscles rebuild.
