Wednesday workout class

Today was dancers workout and kickboxing. Danielle the instructor decided today was going to be focused on abs, and we definitely did. In both classes we did a lot of ab exercises, and in kickboxing with did movements that really focused in on our core muscles (your inner abs, the really hard ones to work, the abs you can only target with stability movements). I'll be hurting tomorrow, but a good hurt.

She creates all the turbo kickbox rounds (currently on round 39 in my class), as we call it and sends them to the instructors. She also sells a home DVD version that's geared towards beginners.
