Tuesday Workout

Today's workout: Today I did resistance training working chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. I also did 30 min. on the stairs and 15 min. on the elliptical.

When I headed to the gym it was cold and cloudy, but by the time I got their the sun had come out and a blue sky had appeared, strange weather change so quickly. If I would have known it would turn out to be such a beautiful day, I would have gone for a run instead of going to the gym.
