I was going to buy some trail mix at the store today but I thought it was over priced and not even the mix that I would want. So I picked up my own ingredients and made some, actually made a ton of it, but for really cheap.
I mixed one bag low salt dry roasted peanuts, one bag low salt dry roasted pistachios, and 1 bag raw almonds with 2 Tb. unsweetened coconut, 1 Tb. chia seeds, 1Tb. flax seeds, 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, and a few dashes of cinnamon.
What much do you consider a serving?
