Today's workout

Today I headed to the gym where it was actually pretty empty their, due to the nice sunshine outside. I would have gone for a run, but it was so windy here today, really windy. At the gym I did resistance training working chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. After that I did the stairs for 25 min. and the elliptical for 20min. I was sore from yesterday's workout and I really pushed my muscles to the max today, I'll be sore tomorrow.
