Steamy so healthy pancakes

Pancake creation
1/4 cup buckwheat pancake mix
1/4 cup Bob's red mill apple and cinnamon hot cereal
2 egg whites
splash of soymilk and splash of hot water
stir until it becomes the consistency you like, add more hot water as needed
Cook in pan on both sides until done
Topped with Tj's roasted flax seed crunchy almond butter (it was so good)
some warmed up applesauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon

*Next time I would cut back and use a little less than a 1/4 cup of each


  1. Did you put the cereal mix in the pancake mix?

  2. Yes I did and it all mixed really well, it had a good texture without being crunchy.
