  3. Do you have any suggestions for healthy snacks. I heard you're suppose to eat every two hours, but I'm not sure what to eat besides fruit, which I get tired of. The 100 calorie snacks you can buy can't be that great for you with fat and additives. Any ideas?

    I live in Mississippi. We love our southern cooking but it's high in fat. I really like your tips and your dinners. I tried your mini pizza and it was really good.

  4. I would suggest, yogurt, cottage cheese, veggies with hummus, string cheese, fruit or veggies with some peanut butter, or an all natural snack bar as featured on my site. I would look for things that are all natural and cover several food groups for nutritional value.
