Friday workout

I Finished my week strong with a bootcamp style workout. I did one hour of kickboxing and intervals, with some resistance training and a lot of ab and leg work mixed in. It was one hour of working out really hard, I was sweating like crazy, gross I know, but a good sign of my hard work.

I finished with 15 min. of yoga/tai chi. With only 5 min. left Jeff got home, and than he came in the room with the cat. Than the cat was doing stretching, as I was told and the serenity and peacefulness was lost. I finished out my last 5 min. stretching and was done.

(Tai chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body).
