Friday Friday

I just finished a Friday bootcamp workout. I did 20 min. on the spinning bike to get my heart rate up. After that I did a mix of kickboxing, plyometrics, and interval training while focusing on some ab and leg exercises. I also did a few exercises to work the upper body such as push ups and planks. After 30 min. of bootcamp I finished with another 20 min. of spinning.
