Last workout for the week: Today's workout was a lot of abs and legs mixed in with a set of chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Than I did 45min. on the spinning bike, I was about to go for a run instead of spinning but than it started to rain.
I had a bad day today, which I don't usually have to many bad day's, it's part of my being stress free. But today's stress was unavoidable, but my workout helped to re leave a lot of the stress I was feeling before the workout.
Looking forward to a weekend of resting my muscles and celebrating Valentines day.
