Finished product of my imagination

Tuna, white bean, and qunioa
1 box seeds of change brand rice and Qunioa mix
Cook rice per instructions

In sauce pan cook
2 can's tj's albacore tuna
(next time I would use smoked salmon, something that holds together better)
1 can white beans
diced carrots, onion, and celery
2Tb. tj's brushetta mix
1Tb. sun dried tomatoes
slash of lemon
salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano

On top mix arugula with 1tsp. vinaigrette, splash lemon, and pepper
than sprinkle a little feta on top

And serve!
