Roasted red pepper hummus
It was good, but missing something. I followed the recipe exactly and even added some extra salt and pepper, and added oregano and Italian seasonings. But still it wasn't right, it wasn't addicting like hummus usually is. I'm not sure if it needed more lemon juice or another herb.
