Good Morning, is it Friday yet? I am just dragging this morning. Nothing a good cup of hot tea can't fix.
I went for a little something different this morning. I had a cinnamon raisin Ezekiel English muffin with 2 egg whites and 1 egg. Spread with a wedge of Laughing cow cheese and of course a little ketchup.
I also had half of a very little banana.
